You will receive an email from (insert email address) with detailed instructions at least one day prior to the event. You will need to download eXp Commercial Open Campus app on your MAC or PC computer. No mobile device applications are allowed for this event.
Monday and Friday of the event are advanced panels that provide guidance on marketing strategies, tools and technology you can use to elevate and grow your business. You will hear from industry experts, CEOs, influencers, business brokers, M&A professionals, and more.
Tuesday-Thursday are certification classes from NCREA.

The 3-day certification from the NCREA will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, beginning at 7am PST/11am EST. You must be present each day as attendance will be taken throughout the day. You must take the certification test live on Thursday. If you pass, you will receive the certificate via email within 5 business days.

eXp Commercial Virtual World Questions:
To reset your audio – on the upper right side corner of your screen, you can see a gear menu. Please click on it then select Reinitialize Voice.
Try adjusting the preferences by clicking the gear in the top right. Select Preferences. Adjust under “Graphic Options” and for Quality select “Fastest” or “Fast”. Also you can adjust the Avatar Complexity to “simple” – this will make everyone appear like a paper cut out or gingerbread person.
