Jason is Chief Executive Officer, eXp Realty, and a member of the Board of Directors for eXp World Holdings. He has been a critical part of eXp Realty since joining the company in March 2010 and has served in a number of capacities, including Chief Executive Officer, managing broker of multiple states, General Counsel and President.

Currently, Jason supports the company’s larger enterprise by evaluating and developing complementary ventures outside of the more traditional residential real estate vertical.

James Huang is the president of the commercial division of eXp World Holdings. He is also a shareholder and advisor to real estate syndication firms and start-up technology companies to help consult, raise capital, and make connections to other private equity investors and family offices, from main street to wall street. As President of eXp Commercial, James will be overseeing, building, and running commercial and ancillary services to support the growth of commercial real estate both domestically and globally. In addition to his knowledge of the industry, James brings invaluable operation experience, having launched and managed several companies from the start-up to the profitability phase. In October 2019, he was installed as the national president of AREAA.

Stephanie Gilezan is the Director of Growth at eXp Commercial. She oversees the ancillary partnerships, technology and growth of eXp Commercial domestically and internationally. Stephanie has been a licensed broker her entire career with over 23 years of experience growing and managing real estate brokerages. Stephanie brings experience in building real estate firms, scalability, license law, as well as product specialties in industrial, land, multi-family, bank asset liquidation, retail, and office. She is also a land developer, builder and owns and operates a real estate team in the top 5% of producers in Kentucky and Indiana.

Michael Valdes brings more than 25 years of expertise in global real estate and finance to eXp Realty. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Global Servicing for all Realogy Corporation brands, including Better Homes & Gardens, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty. In his role, he oversaw the international servicing platform for all Realogy brands across more than 100 countries and opened more than 70 countries during his tenure.

Bernard Ablola is the Director of Marketing at eXp Commercial. He is responsible for increasing the brand awareness and international expansion of eXp’s Commercial brokerage. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of digital marketing.

Bernard’s previous experience includes owning and operating several technology companies, most recently in the marketing automation space. Bernard also managed multimillion-dollar search marketing campaigns for the world’s largest brands while at the Microsoft Corporation.

He is an active board member for Holistic Life Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit that teaches children the practice of mindfulness and yoga.

He received a B.A. from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from Seattle University, where he specialized in entrepreneurship and international studies. He is an avid reader, world traveler and lives in Southern California with his wife, son and husky.
